General Game Rules

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years old or above. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific games or promotions, so always review the posted mechanics before joining.

2. How to Join

Each game has its own official mechanics and participation requirements. Follow the instructions stated in the official Winner Winner post or game announcement to make sure your entry is valid — typically this means commenting #WinnerWinner, tagging a friend, and following our official Facebook page.

3. Winner Selection

Winners are selected according to the specific mechanics of each game or promotion, typically via a public Wheel of Names draw. Winner Winner may verify entries and participant eligibility before confirming and awarding a prize.

4. Notification

Winners are announced or notified through our official Winner Winner channels, or through the method specified in the game mechanics. Check official announcements and communications regularly.

5. Claiming Your Prize

• Winners must claim their prize within 72 hours of the official winner announcement or notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and may be awarded to the designated runner-up.
• Only the winning Facebook account holder may claim the prize. Relatives, friends, representatives, or other third parties cannot claim a prize on behalf of the winner.
• Winner Winner may request a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity, age, and eligibility before releasing a prize.
• Your Facebook name does not necessarily have to exactly match your government-issued ID, provided Winner Winner can reasonably verify the account belongs to you. However, the full name on your valid ID must match the registered name of the bank account, e-wallet, or money-remittance recipient details used to receive the prize.
• Third-party accounts are not accepted for payout. The bank account, e-wallet, or money-remittance information must be under the same name shown on the winner's valid ID.

6. Winning Limits

• A participant may win a maximum of two (2) times in Minor Games within any 365-day period.
• A participant may win only once (1) in a Major Game within any 365-day period.
• You may keep participating provided you remain eligible under these limits. Once you reach the maximum allowable wins within the 365-day period, you are no longer eligible for another applicable win during that period.

7. Disqualification

A participant may be disqualified for fraudulent entries, false or misleading information, duplicate identities, impersonation, attempts to bypass winning limits, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or violations of the applicable game mechanics or these General Game Rules. A participant found to have exceeded the applicable winning limit may be disqualified, and the prize awarded to the designated runner-up.

8. Rule Changes

These General Game Rules may be updated or changed when necessary to improve, clarify, or protect the fairness and integrity of the games. Always refer to the latest rules published on this page. Any changes remain subject to applicable laws and regulations.
