1Who can participate in Winner Winner games?

Participants must be 18 years old or above. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific games or promotions, so participants should always review the posted mechanics before joining.

2How do I join a Winner Winner game?

Each game will have its own official mechanics and participation requirements. Follow the instructions stated in the official Winner Winner post or game announcement to make sure your entry is valid.

3How are winners selected?

Winners are selected according to the specific mechanics of each game or promotion. Winner Winner may verify entries and participant eligibility before confirming and awarding a prize.

4How will I know if I have won?

Winners will be announced or notified through the official Winner Winner channels or through the method specified in the game mechanics. Participants should check official announcements and communications regularly.

5How long do I have to claim my prize?

Winners must claim their prize within 72 hours of the official winner announcement or notification.

6What happens if I do not claim my prize within 72 hours?

If a prize is not claimed within the required 72-hour period, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the designated runner-up.

7Can someone else claim my prize for me?

No. Only the winning Facebook account holder may claim the prize. Relatives, friends, representatives, or other third parties cannot claim a prize on behalf of the winner.

8Do I need to provide identification when claiming a prize?

Winner Winner may request a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity, age, and eligibility before releasing a prize.

9What if my Facebook name does not exactly match the name on my government-issued ID?

Your Facebook name does not necessarily have to exactly match your government-issued ID, provided Winner Winner can reasonably verify that the Facebook account belongs to you. However, the full name shown on your valid government-issued ID must match the registered name of the bank account, e-wallet account, or money-remittance recipient details provided for receiving the prize.

10Can I use someone else's bank account or e-wallet to receive my prize?

No. Third-party accounts are not accepted. The bank account, e-wallet, or money-remittance recipient information must be under the same name shown on the winner's valid government-issued ID.

11Can I receive my prize through a money-remittance service?

Yes, when money remittance is available as a prize-delivery option. The recipient's name must exactly correspond to the winner's valid government-issued ID and must belong to the winner.

12How many times can I win a Minor Game?

A participant may win a maximum of two (2) times in Minor Games within any 365-day period.

13How many times can I win a Major Game?

A participant may win only once (1) in a Major Game within any 365-day period.

14Can I still participate after I have already won a game?

You may participate provided you remain eligible under the applicable winning limits and the specific mechanics of the game. Participants who have already reached the maximum allowable wins within the 365-day period will no longer be eligible for another applicable win during that period.

15How does Winner Winner check whether I have previously won?

Winner eligibility and previous wins may be verified using information such as your valid ID, Facebook account, and Winner Winner's previous winner records.

16What happens if I exceed the allowed number of wins?

A participant found to have exceeded the applicable winning limit may be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to the designated runner-up.

17What could cause my entry or prize claim to be disqualified?

Disqualification may result from fraudulent entries, false or misleading information, duplicate identities, impersonation, attempts to bypass winning limits, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or violations of the applicable game mechanics or General Game Rules.

18Are the rules the same for every Winner Winner game?

The General Game Rules apply across Winner Winner games, but individual games or promotions may have additional or specific mechanics. Participants should review the official mechanics of each game before participating.

19Can Winner Winner verify my eligibility before releasing a prize?

Yes. Winner Winner reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of a potential winner, previous wins, compliance with the game mechanics, and the accuracy of information submitted during the prize-claiming process before awarding a prize.

20Can Winner Winner change its General Game Rules?

Yes. The General Game Rules may be updated or changed when necessary to improve, clarify, or protect the fairness and integrity of the games. Participants should refer to the latest rules published by Winner Winner. Any changes remain subject to applicable laws and regulations.
